Building the competitive
home of Rust
Rust Hub is being built with one clear objective: to become a leading competitive Discord community for Rust.
Rust has grown far beyond being simply a survival game. Over the years it has developed a huge competitive ecosystem built around clans, organised groups, PvP, content creators, streamers, server communities and competitive players. There is an enormous amount of talent in the Rust community — but much of it stays spread across separate communities that never meet.
Rust Hub exists to bring those people together.
I have been playing Rust since Legacy, which means years of watching the game evolve from its earliest stages into what it is now. Since the clan scene became a major part of Rust I have been in and out of different groups and communities, experiencing that competitive environment first-hand. That has given me a real understanding of the community, the clan scene, competitive players, and how much the right people around a project matter.
This isn't meant to be another Discord server with thousands of members in it. The goal is a recognisable Rust community and competitive network where people have a genuine reason to take part.
The vision
A central hub for competitive Rust players, clans and clan leaders, content creators and streamers, PvP players, server owners, event organisers, community leaders, and the players coming up behind them.
Clans and clan leaders
A public page, a live roster, a combat record, and a recruitment board that puts you in front of players actually looking.
Clan directoryCompetitive players
Scrims on demand with a rating that follows you, callouts against rivals, and ladders across a wipe cycle.
The scrim boardCreators and streamers
Not "please advertise our Discord" — a roster that syncs your uploads and VODs automatically, and puts your clips on the front page.
The creator rosterEveryone else
Bounties, wipelists, seasons and the Herald. Ways to be part of the scene without running a clan.
Open contractsCreator networking
One of the biggest areas I want to develop is a strong network of content creators and streamers. I am not interested in approaching creators and asking them to advertise a Discord. I want mutually beneficial partnerships where creators actually participate in the community.
That is why the creator roster is built the way it is: hold the role and you are on it, no application. Your uploads and VODs sync themselves, you get a live badge the moment you go on, and your clips run on the front page and on your clan's page. You get something out of it before you are ever asked for anything.
Competitive development
Rust already has a huge competitive culture, particularly around clans, PvP and organised groups. Rust Hub can give that scene more structure, visibility and opportunity — clan competitions, PvP events, creator tournaments, community challenges, recruitment, competitive showcases, player recognition and creator spotlights.
The rule underneath all of it: you qualify by playing, never by paying. Scrap is earned by being here and by playing Rust. It cannot be bought with real money and it cannot be cashed out. Nothing on this site is a game of chance.
Building the right team
I am actively looking for people who genuinely want to help grow this — creators, clan leaders, competitive players, organisers, community managers, editors, social media people, and anyone with existing connections in Rust.
I care more about commitment and contribution than titles or follower counts. If you join, bring something: ideas, connections, content, events, players, clans, or just the willingness to help.
Want to be part of it?
Come and say so in the Discord. Bring what you have got.
The long-term goal
I want Rust Hub to become a recognised name in the competitive Rust community. I have been around since Legacy, I have been in the clan scene, and I have watched communities grow, change and disappear. Now I want to build something with longevity — something that connects the people already shaping Rust while giving the next generation of players, creators and clans a way in.
Rust Hub isn't about creating another Rust Discord. It's about building the competitive home of Rust.
One community. One network. One place where players, clans and creators come together, build relationships, create opportunities and grow the competitive Rust scene for the long term. Real activity, genuine partnerships, strong relationships, long-term growth.
